It occurred to me that you might not know all the characters that I RP, write fic for or wrote fic for. Here they are except for Rupert Giles who was my first non-OC RP character. He's the only one who didn't transition to LJ when I got started here. Giles is living happily in England, where he runs the Watchers. He's married to Amy Madison (the witch from Buffy), and they are raising their daughter, Madison. Madison must be 12 or so by now. Good god, she'll be a teenager soon. Poor Giles.

Notes: No notes. No warnings. Just a little snarkfest between Spock and McCoy on an away mission. So yeah, I got a little stage fright about McCoy for some reason, but I think I'm over it now. I wish I'd started this as a Spones fic, because it would be a perfect story to build on that relationship, but at Part 6 it's a little late to change the genre.
Summary: McCoy and Spock are trapped on a primitive planet. The Enterprise has been forced to leave orbit. Their tech doesn't work. When they find out why, they get a big surprise.

Notes: The Mirror version of kid Spock after the bullies give him shit at school.

They were arguing. Spock had never heard them fight before. In the past they would speak in whispers, or his mother would cast a withering look at Sarek. But this time was different. They were both angry, and Spock was shocked that his father’s voice, usually controlled and calm, was filled with ire. He heard his name bandied about. That was less of a surprise than the loud voices. He knew they were engaged in a battle of wills over what he had done.

What he had done to Stonn and the other boys who were torturing him at school.

Notes: In honor of Star Trek's Birthday 9.8.1966, this is Spock's first time on the Enterprise.

Unlike the large transport shuttles that were used to ferry equipment, supplies and the two man ship that I was piloting was easier to maneuver as I flew between the guide beams and cables that connected Enterprise to her moorings at Space Dock. The saucer section was nearly complete, only a few areas of the hull were still open to space. It was far easier to move about heavy equipment in vacuum than it would be when the ship’s artificial gravity was in place.

Notes: AOS Pon Farr, no on screen sex. I hated how Star Trek Ongoing did Pon Farr, so here's my version.

It had been years since I left Vulcan, 7.7 to be exact in Terran time, which I had adapted to in my years in Starfleet both at the Academy and my years of duty. I had been second guessing my emotional state for the past month. The thick walls I had placed around the churning tempest of hurt, anger and need had turned from stone to glass. There was a rising level of paranoia that made me suspicious, and I could feel people watching me wherever I was. At first I thought it was because I was hurt, licking my wounds, because of the end of my relationship, but I was wrong. Yes, I was hurt, but it was not the cause of my situation. I was in the first stages of Pon Farr.

That realization ratcheted up the fear. I had hoped that I would be spared it, which was illogical as my Vulcan genetics had been dominant in every other aspect of my physiology. Why would my breeding cycle be any different than my rapidly beating heart and the green blood that rushed through it? I had been foolish to believe in such an illusion. One cannot simply decide which parts of their genetics were acceptable.

A strong gust blew sand and grit into Spock’s face. The Vulcan turned his back to the storm, tugging the thick gray scarf he had looped around his neck up over his nose and mouth. His eyes had their own protection thanks to his Vulcan genetics, but he did not enjoy the feel of dirt in his mouth or up his nose.

“That way?” Jim shouted over the storm.

“Are you sure, Spock?” McCoy as always questioned. Spock used to think he was doubting him, but he’d learned that he was seeking reassurance and doubted their technology.

“The life readings are from there.” He pointed at the ruined buildings nestled between a group of large rock formations. His tricorder chirped as if to agree with Spock’s pronouncement. “They are Vulcan.” The readings concerned Spock a great deal. The planet was supposedly abandoned by his people and the Romulans who had taken control of it. There was nothing of value here, but when Enterprise detected life—Vulcan life—they had to investigate.

Notes: It's been forever since I wrote a fic and let Sylar have some fun.

Peter hadn’t noticed him—of course not—he never did, but I could taste his power every time he jogged by. I was in my favorite spot in Central Park, sipping a mocha and eating a bagel while ignoring the pigeons that were surrounding me like a school of mutant sharks, with their missing and extra toes, begging me to drop a precious piece of bread for them to fight over. I licked the cream cheese from my fingers and tossed the last scrap of it to them. I could’ve broken it up, so more of them could share, but it was more fun to watch them squabble over it.

“You’re a dick, you know that,” Peter said. It wasn’t a question. I noticed that, but he was smiling. “One of them might lose an eye, Sylar.”

“It’s all fun and games, Peter until someone loses and eye, and then it’s just fun.” I didn’t remember where that quote was from, but far be it from me to miss the chance to use it.

“I gotta go to work.” He cast me a baleful look before getting up and stretching.

Notes: This happens after Nero’s death and before Enterprise returns to Earth. Spock has not met Spock Prime yet. He doesn’t know he exists.

Without warp capability it will take Enterprise five weeks to return to Earth. Before then Starfleet will send other ships to take the Vulcan refugees and our injured ahead of us while we wait to be towed home. The damage from the gravitational pull on Enterprise will make the stress of tractor beams an issue, but I am certain that we will be able to make them work. I am working on the schematics and calculations at my station on the bridge—how many ships will be needed and where they can focus their beams without causing additional damage. But that is not all that I am considering. My talk with my father was weighing heavily on my mind.

There were no windows inside of the Basilica. The great ship was an endless maze of corridors and chambers filled with the faithful surrounding Necropolis and surrounded by our battleships and cruisers. When I wanted to see outside, I went to one of the command centers where I could see the fleet and the stars.

I had been of the faithful for two years, and I was destined for another promotion soon. There was nothing to hold me back. My quarters, the first that I did not share with another officer were windowless and barren. Yet there was the scent of cinnamon, the attar of roses, vetiver and musk when I returned there after a day of duty. The perfume was familiar, but I couldn’t place it. I knew that I had smelled it before.

But I was exhausted. I might not feel pain, but I could feel fatigue a shower was in order, some food and then sleep until my morning drills.

The sun was breaching the horizon. Golden rays caught between the jagged mountain peaks and fading storm clouds darkened by dust and smoke. I waited, leaning on the pommel of the sword that I carried. Its blade was etched with fine runes that had been stained with the blood of those who had been my friends, my people and were now the enemy. Soon it would run with the blood of my family.

My lips tasted of salt and the coppery tang of my own blood, and a cut beneath my eye itched. I pulled off one gauntlet to scratch at the drying blood. The cut meant nothing to me. I felt no pain, and the one who had given it to me never would again. I’d left him in pieces on the road to the capital like so many others who got in my way. He had been terrified of death, of the Necromongers, and he was right to be.
